This study aims to uncover the characteristics of the fungal flora in non-small cell lung cancer, and to investigate the relationship between pulmonary fungi and the various pathological subtypes, stages, clinical features of non-small cell lung cancer, as well as patient prognosis. It seeks to provide new perspectives for a comprehensive understanding of non-small cell lung cancer, as well as new approaches for its early diagnosis and prognosis assessment.
