Cancer type

Thyroid Gland Carcinoma

Performance status

ECOG 0–2(Ambulatory, capable of self-care)

Prior therapy

Cannot have received: radiotherapy to the head and neck or upper mediastinum

Exception: if the target area of this study does not overlap significantly and normal tissue limit can be met

Has received radiotherapy to the head and neck or upper mediastinum region in the past, and the target area of this study overlaps significantly with it, and the normal tissue limit cannot be met.

Lab requirements

Kidney function

severe dysfunction of the kidneys cannot be safely treated with radiotherapy

Liver function

severe dysfunction of the liver cannot be safely treated with radiotherapy

Cardiac function

severe dysfunction of the heart cannot be safely treated with radiotherapy

major organ functions can meet the requirements for radiotherapy and the proposed systemic treatment; severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys or other diseases that cannot be safely treated with radiotherapy
