Serum total bilirubin ≤ 2xULN (for Gilbert syndrome patients, ≤ 3xULN); ALT and AST ≤ 3.0xULN; for patients with liver metastasis, ALT and AST ≤ 5xULN
Cardiac function
LVEF < 50% excluded; corrected QT interval (QTe) > 480ms excluded
