Local testing confirmed KRAS G12D mutation (tissue required for confirmatory central testing)
Excluded: KRAS other documented co-existing common ras mutation(s)

Have any other documented co-existing common RAS mutation(s)

ECOG 0–1(Restricted strenuous activity)
Prior therapy
Must have received: systemic chemotherapy — metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma
Must have received at least 1 standard chemotherapy for metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma
Cannot have received: direct RAS inhibitor
Receipt of prior direct RAS inhibitor
Cannot have received: investigational therapy
Exception: no more than 1 prior investigational therapy allowed
Receipt of more than 1 investigational therapy
