Treatment: Pancreatic parenchymalThis study investigates the safety and efficacy of injecting N-butyl-2-cyanoacrylate (Histoacryl®) into the pancreatic parenchyma during pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) to enhance the security of the pancreaticojejunostomy (PJ) anastomosis and reduce postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF) rates.
