A Study of Ivonescimab in People With Endometrial and Cervical Cancers

Treatment: Ivonescimab — The researchers are doing this study to find out if ivonescimab is an effective treatment for people with endometrial cancer (EC) and/or cervical cancer (CC). The researchers will also look at whether the study drug is safe and causes few or mild side effects in participants.

ECOG 0–2(Ambulatory, capable of self-care)
Prior therapy
Must have received: platinum-based chemotherapy
Lab requirements
Blood counts
ANC ≥1500/mm3; Platelets ≥100,000/µL; Hemoglobin ≥9.0 g/dL; INR ≤1.5; PT or INR ≤ 1.5 x ULN; PTT or aPTT ≤ 1.5 × ULN (unless abnormalities are unrelated to coagulopathy or prophylactic coagulation)
Kidney function
Creatinine clearance (CrCl) ≥ 50 mL/min; Urine protein < 2+ or 24 hour urine protein quantification < 1.0 g
Liver function
Total bilirubin ≤1.5 ×ULN (≤3 × ULN for Gilbert's disease); AST and ALT ≤2.5 × ULN (≤5 × ULN for liver metastases); TSH within normal limits or normal free T4 if TSH abnormal
