Allowed: HER2 (ERBB2) overexpression

HER2 positive

Allowed: ESR1 negative

TNBC

Allowed: PR (PGR) negative

TNBC

Disease stage

Required: Stage IIA, IIB, III

Excluded: Stage T3N1M0

Performance status

ECOG 0–1(Restricted strenuous activity)

Prior therapy

No prior treatment (treatment-naive required)

Cannot have received: hyperbaric oxygen therapy

Lab requirements

Blood counts

white blood cell count ≥3.0 x 10^9/L, neutrophil count ≥1.5 x 10^9/L, platelet count ≥ 100 x 10^9/L, haemoglobin ≥ 90 g/L

Kidney function

serum creatinine ≤ 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value

Liver function

AST, ALT ≤ 2.5 times the upper limit of normal value, alkaline phosphatase ≤ 2.5 times the upper limit of normal value. Total bilirubin ≤ 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value

Cardiac function

LVEF ≥ 55%

Adequate bone marrow functional reserve: white blood cell count ≥3.0 x 10^9/L, neutrophil count ≥1.5 x 10^9/L; platelet count ≥ 100 x 10^9/L; haemoglobin ≥ 90 g/L; AST, ALT ≤ 2.5 times the upper limit of normal value, alkaline phosphatase ≤ 2.5 times the upper limit of normal value. Total bilirubin ≤ 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value; serum creatinine ≤ 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value. LVEF ≥ 55%
