Treatment: Nivolumab — This study is a multicenter Phase II single arm trial to assess the safety and efficacy of chemotherapy and immunotherapy followed by radiotherapy in patients with unresectable Stage III NSCLC.

Biomarker criteria

Required: PD-L1 (CD274) tumor expression greater than or equal to 1% (>=1%)

PD-L1 tumor expression greater than or equal to 1%

Required: EGFR mutation

Tumor with known EGFR, ALK, ROS1, MET or RET mutations/fusions

Required: ALK fusion

Tumor with known EGFR, ALK, ROS1, MET or RET mutations/fusions

Required: ROS1 fusion

Tumor with known EGFR, ALK, ROS1, MET or RET mutations/fusions

Required: MET mutation

Tumor with known EGFR, ALK, ROS1, MET or RET mutations/fusions

Required: RET fusion

Tumor with known EGFR, ALK, ROS1, MET or RET mutations/fusions

Disease stage

Required: Stage III

ECOG 0–1(Restricted strenuous activity)
