Taletrectinib (AB-106) Clinical Trials
Taletrectinib (Ibtrozi; AB-106) is an oral ROS1 kinase inhibitor approved by the FDA in June 2025 for adults with locally advanced or metastatic ROS1-positive NSCLC. The approval was based on TRUST-I and TRUST-II, which enrolled both TKI-naïve patients and patients who had received one prior ROS1 TKI. Reported ORRs were 90% and 85% in TKI-naïve cohorts and 52% and 62% in prior-TKI cohorts. The FDA label also reports responses among prior-ROS1-TKI patients with resistance mutations, including G2032R.
